การพัฒนาความเข้มแข็งของเครือข่ายเกษตรธรรมชาติชุมชนวัดญาณสังวรารามวรมหาวิหาร อำเภอบางละมุง จังหวัดชลบุรี

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ 

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาความเข้มแข็งของเครือข่ายเกษตรธรรมชาติชุมชนวัดญาณสังวรารามวรมหาวิหาร จังหวัดชลบุรี 2) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการพัฒนาความเข้มแข็งของเครือข่ายเกษตรธรรมชาติชุมชนวัดญาณสังวรารามวรมหาวิหาร จังหวัดชลบุรี และ3) ศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาความเข้มแข็งของเครือข่ายเกษตรธรรมชาติชุมชนวัดญาณสังวรารามวรมหาวิหาร จังหวัดชลบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยมี 2 กลุ่ม คือ กลุ่มที่ 1 ผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการพัฒนาความเข้มแข็งของเครือข่ายเกษตรธรรมชาติจำนวน 8 คน กลุ่มที่ 2 คือ เกษตรกรเกษตรธรรมชาติ พื้นที่ชุมชนแวดล้อมวัดญาณสังวรารามวรมหาวิหาร จังหวัดชลบุรี จำนวน 248 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับตามวิธีการของครอนบาค .927 และแบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์อย่างง่ายของเพียร์สัน สหสัมพันธ์หลายตัวแปร และสมการถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ความเข้มแข็งของเครือข่ายเกษตรธรรมชาติในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่าอยู่ในระดับมากในทุกประเด็น อันดับแรก คือ ด้านสังคม รองลงมา คือ ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม และด้านเศรษฐกิจ 2) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการพัฒนาความเข้มแข็งของเครือข่ายเกษตรธรรมชาติชุมชนวัดญาณสังวรารามวรมหาวิหาร จังหวัดชลบุรี ได้แก่ ด้านการส่งเสริมกระบวนการเรียนรู้ ด้านการสนับสนุนแหล่งเงินทุน และด้านความเข้มแข็งของผู้นำ 

โดยปัจจัยทั้ง 3 ด้านอธิบายการผันแปรของความเข้มแข็งของเครือข่ายเกษตรธรรมชาติได้ร้อยละ 6.6 แสดงเป็นสมการได้ดังนี้

ความเข้มแข็งของเครือข่ายเกษตรธรรมชาติชุมชนวัดญาณสังวรารามวรมหาวิหาร =   3.135 + 0.080 (ด้านการสนับสนุนแหล่งเงินทุน) + 0.080 (ด้านความเข้มแข็งของผู้นำ) + 0.077 (ด้านการส่งเสริมกระบวนการเรียนรู้)

แนวทางการพัฒนาความเข้มแข็งของเครือข่ายเกษตรธรรมชาติชุมชนวัดญาณสังวรารามวรมหาวิหาร อำเภอบางละมุง จังหวัดชลบุรี ควรดำเนินการเป็น 2 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 กระบวนการพัฒนาการมีส่วนร่วมของเกษตรกรในเครือข่าย ผู้นำเครือข่ายควรมีการสร้างกระบวนการพัฒนาการมีส่วนร่วมของเกษตรกรในเครือข่าย โดยมีผู้ประสานงานเครือข่ายหรือองค์กรพี่เลี้ยงเข้ามาร่วมดำเนินงานอย่างมีส่วนร่วมในทุกขั้นตอน ตั้งแต่การร่วมวางแผน ร่วมปฏิบัติการและร่วมประเมินผล จนถึงการร่วมรับผลประโยชน์ ระยะที่ 2 การบูรณาการด้วยการเชื่อมโยงเครือข่ายเกษตรธรรมชาติกับภาคธุรกิจ สถาบันการศึกษาหรือหน่วยงานภาครัฐที่เกี่ยวข้องไว้ด้วยกัน เครือข่ายเกษตรธรรมชาติชุมชนวัดญาณสังวรารามวรมหาวิหาร จังหวัดชลบุรี ต้องการยกระดับเครือข่ายด้วยการบูรณาการเชื่อมโยงเครือข่ายเกษตรธรรมชาติกับภาคธุรกิจ สถาบันการศึกษาหรือหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องไว้ด้วยกัน ซึ่งเป็นการหาพันธมิตรทางธุรกิจ

Abstract 

The research aimed to 1) study the strengths of the natural agricultural network of Wat Yannasangwararam community Amphur Banglamung, Cholburi Province. 2) to identify factors affecting the strengths of the natural agricultural community network of Wat Yannasangwararam community Amphur Banglamung Cholburi Province. 3) to study the approach to strensthen the natural agricultural network of the Watyannasangwararam Amphur Banglamung Cholburi Province. The sample used in this research comprise of two groups: 1) Eight people who involved in the development of  the natural agricultural network strengths that provide information through in-depth interview.  2) Two hundred forty eight of the natural agricultural farmers in Watyannasangwararam Community. Data are collected by the questionnaire with the reliability about .927 by Cronbach Medthodology. The overall of natural agricultural community network management is on a high level. When consider each aspect, a highest level is the strengths of the leader, followed by the extension learning process and the participation of the members. The role of the  government to support the natural agricultural network is on a high level. When considered each aspect, the highest level are technical support followed by the government policy. While the fund support medium level. The Strengths of the natural agricultural, is on the high level. When considered each aspect, the high level is social, environment, and economic respectively. The factors affecting the strengths of the natural agricultural community network, of Watyannasangwararam Amphur Banglamung Cholburi Province are the promotion of the learning process, the support of fund, and the strengths of the leader. The three factors represent the variation of the strengths of the natural agricultural network 6.6 percent. The regression equation was as follows :

Development of the strengths of the natural agricultural network of Wat Yannasangwararam community Amphur Banglamung, Cholburi Province. Should be implemented as a two phases process, firstly developed with the participation of farmers in the network. The network should be created with the participation of farmers in the development network. The network coordinator or mentor to join the organization must be involved in every step. Since the planning; Co-operation and joint evaluation until the sharing of benefits. Secondly, the integration of the two networks by linking natural agricultural sector and Educational institutions or government agencies involved together is needed. Natural agricultural community network Wat Yannasangwararam, Chonburi must be enhanced the network by integrating networking natural agricultural sector with Institution or agency involved together so this is the way to make business partner.
