The objective of this research is to study and compare the decision factors of parent regarding their decision to send their child to study at Yothinburana School. Data collection was conducted through the use of a survey developed by the researcher; the reliability of this survey was determined to be 0.97. This research survey was administered to the sample population: 359 parents whose children were enrolled at Yothinburana School. Data was analyzed using percentage, average, standard deviation, t-test, and ANOVA using Scheffe’s method. 1) An analysis of parents’ demographics demonstrates that most guardians were aged 41-50 (57.10%), employed in state and public enterprises (34.54%), finished baccalaureate education (56.55%), and earned greater than 30,000 Baht per month (69.64%). Most of those surveyed were parents of a 12th grade student (18.11%). 2) The overall level of satisfaction was 4 on a 5 point scale, corresponding to moderately satisfied. The sub-categories of the decision factor, in rank order by their importance, were: prestige of the school, academic performance, staff, relations between parents and the school, administration, venue, and environment, respectively. 3) Results of the hypothesis testing demonstrate that guardian occupation and level of education significantly influenced the decision to send their children to Yothinburana School
