The objectives of this research were a study of 1) an ability to apply the 2014-
2017 strategic plan to implementation 2) an ability to apply the education quality
assurance administration 3) a comparison of an ability to apply the 2014-2017 strategic
plan to implementation 4) a comparison of an ability to administrate education quality
assurance and 5) a study of a relationship between an ability to apply the 2014-2017
strategic plan to implementation and education quality assurance administration. The
sample size was 305 staffs from faculties, supportive units, and educational centers. Data
collection instrument was a questionnaire, which consisted of six parts with five scale
estimation levels, regarding staffs’ opinions toward an ability to apply the 2014-2017
strategic plan to implementation and education quality assurance administration. The item
objective congruence was 0.6-1.0, and the reliability values were .9628, .9681, .9283, .9176,
.9923, and .9879, respectively. Mean, standard deviation, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson’s
product moment correlation coefficient were used to analyze the data. Research findings
were as follows: Internal units of Suan Dusit Rajabhat University were 1) able to apply the
strategic plan to implementation at a moderate level (χ
=3.41, SD=.44), 2) able to apply
the education quality assurance administration at a moderate level (χ
=3.48, SD=.43),
(3) no difference in an ability to apply the strategic plan to implementation (F=1.819,
p-value=.164), 4) different in apply the education quality assurance administration with
statistically significance level at .05 (F=6.020, p-value=.003), and 5) an ability to apply the
2014-2017 strategic plan to implementation and education quality assurance
administration had high and positive relationship, with statistically significance level at .01
(r=.889, p-value=.000).
