The purpose of this research was the development of transcendental leadership components for the teachers under The Office of the Basic Education Commission. The
sample included the teachers sampling. The instrument was an open-ended question and a questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaires was 0.972, and the statistics included mean, standard deviation, exploratory factor analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis. The results of the study were as follows : 1) The transcendental leadership components for the teachers under the Office of the Basic Education Commission had 9 elements and 67 variables,
including the following: 1) transcendence of 16 variables; 2) the potentiality of 9 elements; 3) spirituality of inner-self of 12 elements; 4) feeling of 5 components; 5) spirituality at work among 7 components; 6) bravery of 7 elements; 7) responsibility of 4 elements; 8) morality for good teachers of 3 elements; 9) compassion of 4 variables. And 2) The results of
confirmatory factor analysis of the transcendental leadership components for teachers under the Office of Basic Education Commission of the causal model fit with the empirical data, such as the Chi-square results of = 11.75, df = 0.98, P-value = 0.466, GFI = 0.978, AGFI = 0.97, and RMSEA = 0.000. The construct validity of the models were consistent with empirical data.
