The purposes of this research were to 1) study the process and result of using local wisdom for self-care in elderly people 2) study the wisdom readjustment in self-care of elderly people in accord with social dynamic, culture and technology 3) study the local wisdom socialization in self-care of elderly people to acceptors and 4) assess the learning of using the local wisdom socialization in self-care of elderly people. The sample group was 60+ year elderly people who were members in 18 senior citizen clubs in Kanchanaburi province, including 379 persons from survey and 33 persons from in-depth interview. The research method was Mixed Method Research in order to study the causal relationship of social systemaffected to local wisdom in self-care of elderly people in the factors of 1) environment 2) personality3) society4) social institute 5) socialization and
6) local wisdom in self-care of elderly people. The validity of causal relationship model was analyzed with Goodness of Fit Indices and Empirical Data. It was found that the Goodness of Fit Index (GFT) of the Model was equal to 0.90. The Adjusted Goodness of
Fit Index (AGFI) was equal to 0.90 and the Parsimony Goodness of Fit Index (PGFI) was equal to 0.55
