การจัดการการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมแบบมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนเกาะเกร็ด อำเภอปากเกร็ด จังหวัดนนทบุรี

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาระดับการจัดการการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมแบบมีส่วนร่วม
ของชุมชนเกาะเกร็ด 1) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการจัดการการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมแบบมีส่วนร่วม
ของชุมชนเกาะเกร็ด และ 2) เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาการมีส่วนร่วมการจัดการการท่องเที่ยวเชิง
วัฒนธรรมของชุมชนเกาะเกร็ด อำเภอปากเกร็ด จังหวัดนนทบุรี ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การจัดการการท่องเที่ยว
เชิงวัฒนธรรมแบบมีส่วนร่วมชุมชนเกาะเกร็ด อำเภอปากเกร็ด จังหวัดนนทบุรีในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก
เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายประเด็นพบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากในทุกด้าน อันดับแรก คือ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการรับผล
ประโยชน์ รองลงมา คือ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการค้นหาปัญหา และด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการตัดสินใจ ตามลำดับ
ส่วนด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการวางแผนเป็นอันดับสุดท้าย ส่วนปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการจัดการการท่องเที่ยว
เชิงวัฒนธรรมแบบมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนเกาะเกร็ด อำเภอปากเกร็ด จังหวัดนนทบุรี ประกอบไปด้วย ภาวะ
ผู้นำด้านการสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ รองลงมา คือ ภาวะผู้นำด้านการมีอิทธิพลอย่างมีอุดมการณ์และภาวะผู้นำ
ด้านการกระตุ้นทางปัญญา สำหรับแนวทางการพัฒนาการมีส่วนร่วมการจัดการการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรม
แบบมีส่วนร่วมชุมชนเกาะเกร็ด อำเภอปากเกร็ด จังหวัดนนทบุรี คือ 1) ผู้นำด้านการสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ
ทำได้โดยกระตุ้นให้สมาชิกในชุมชนตื่นตัวในการเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมจัดการการท่องเที่ยวของชุมชนและจัดสรร
งบประมาณจากภาครัฐมาสนับสนุนช่างฝีมือที่เป็นผู้สืบทอดมรดกภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น 2) ผู้นำด้านการมี
อิทธิพลอย่างมีอุดมการณ์จะต้องเป็นผู้ที่มีศีลธรรมและมีจริยธรรมสูง เสียสละประโยชน์ส่วนตนเพื่อส่วนรวม
มีความมุ่งมั่นที่จะปฏิบัติงานให้สำเร็จ 3) ผู้นำด้านการกระตุ้นทางปัญญาควรมีความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์และ
สนับสนุนให้สมาชิกมีความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์สิ่งใหม่ๆ อย่างต่อเนื่อง
