การใช้บริการ G-Cloud กับหน่วยงานภาครัฐ Using the G-Cloud Services with Government Agency Systems

งานวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการใช้บริการ G-Cloud กับระบบงานของหน่วยงานภาครัฐ
รวมถึงประโยชน์และปัญหา ประชากร คือ ผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในศูนย์สารสนเทศของหน่วยงาน
ภาครัฐ ที่มีภารกิจแตกต่างกัน จำนวน 372 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องจำนวน 94 คน กำหนด
ขนาดโดยใช้เกณฑ์ร้อยละ 25 และใช้วิธีสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถามเรื่องการใช้บริการ
G-Cloud กับหน่วยงานภาครัฐ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.97 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ความเป็นไปได้ที่จะใช้
บริการ G-Cloud กับระบบของหน่วยงานภาครัฐอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (χ
= 3.39) 2) บริการ G-Cloud
เหมาะสมกับหน่วยงานภาครัฐในระดับมาก (χ
= 3.63) 3) ประโยชน์ที่ได้รับอยู่ในระดับมาก (χ
= 3.92)
โดยช่วยประหยัดงบประมาณของหน่วยงานได้ระหว่างร้อยละ 10-30 และ 4) หน่วยงานภาครัฐมีปัญหา
การใช้บริการ G-Cloud อยู่ในระดับมาก (χ
= 3.68) ทั้งนี้ ปัญหาที่พบ ได้แก่ การสนับสนุนด้านเทคนิค
(χ
= 3.74) ความเสถียร/ความคงทน (χ
= 3.73) ประสิทธิภาพ/ประสิทธิผล (χ
= 3.70) ความสามารถ/
สมรรถนะระบบ (χ
= 3.69) ความเร็วในการทำงาน (χ
= 3.69) และความพร้อมใช้/ความสามารถเข้าถึง
ได้จากทุกที่ (χ
= 3.69) ผลการศึกษาปัญหาในการใช้บริการ G-Cloud พบว่า หน่วยงานภาครัฐที่มีภารกิจ
แตกต่างกันมีปัญหาในการใช้บริการแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
