The Empowerment of School Administrators Affecting theWork Effectiveness of Teachers and Educational Personne of Trang City Municipal Trang Province

Abstract
This study aimed to: 1) study the empowerment of school administrators under Trang Municipality, Trang Province; 2) the performance effectiveness of municipal teachers and educational personnel under Trang Municipality, Trang Province; 3) study the relationship between the empowerment of school administrators and the performance effectiveness of municipal teachers and educational personnel under Trang Municipality, Trang Province; and 4) study the empowerment of school administrators affecting the performance effectiveness of municipal teachers and educational personnel under Trang Municipality, Trang Province. This study was a quantitative research. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The sample group used in this research consisted of 228 municipal teachers and educational personnel working in educational institutions under Trang Municipality, Trang Province. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression.
The research results found that: 1) the results of the analysis of the empowerment of educational institution administrators found that the respondents had the highest overall opinion on the empowerment of educational institution administrators. 2) The results of the analysis of the performance effectiveness of municipal teachers and educational personnel found that the respondents had the highest overall opinion on the performance effectiveness of municipal teachers and educational personnel under Trang Municipality. 3) The results of the analysis found that the empowerment of educational institution administrators and the performance effectiveness of municipal teachers and educational personnel under Trang Municipality, Trang Province, in each aspect, found that the overall picture of all aspects had a high positive relationship with each other and had a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.83, which was statistically significant at the 0.01 level. 4) The results of the analysis of the empowerment of educational institution administrators the regression coefficients in raw scores of honor (X10), mistake acceptance (X9), responsibility (X1), feedback (X6), and recognition (X7) were 0.254, 0.189, 0.139, 0.161, and 0.136, respectively, and the regression coefficients in standard scores were 0.308, 0.231, 0.154, 0.177, and 0.152, respectively.
