Guidelines for Developing Digital Leadership according to The Principles of Papanikadhamma Among Primary School Administrators under The Yasothon Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract
This research aims to 1) study the digital leadership status of primary school administrators, 2) study methods for developing digital leadership based on the principles of moral conduct among primary school administrators, and 3) propose methods for developing digital leadership based on the principles of moral conduct among primary school administrators under the Yasothon Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The thesis employs a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative and qualitative research. Quantitative research used a sample of 127 administrators, collecting data through opinion questionnaires. Statistical analysis included mean and standard deviation. A sample of 10 administrators was used to collect data on evaluation forms for suitability, feasibility, and usefulness. Qualitative research involved content analysis and interviews with nine experts specializing in teacher character development and religion.
The findings revealed that:
1) The digital leadership status of primary school administrators. The overall level of digital leadership development among primary school administrators under the Yasothon Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 is high. 2) The methods for developing digital leadership based on the principles of ethical conduct among primary school administrators under the Yasothon Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 consist of 5 areas: (1) Using technology for management, emphasizing a proactive vision and the use of real-time data; (2) Promoting innovation and learning, creating a value system based on learning from mistakes; (3) Communication and participation, using strategic digital media that considers the emotions of the recipient; (4) Using data for decision-making, emphasizing data accuracy; and (5) Developing digital skills. 3) The guidelines for developing digital leadership based on the principles of ethical conduct among primary school administrators under the Yasothon Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 are at a high level.
