Innovative Leadership of School Administrators in the 21 st century under Trang Primary Education Service Area office 1

Abstract
The purposes of this research were to 1) study the level of innovative leadership of educational institution administrators in the 21st century under Trang Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, 2) compare the innovative leadership of educational institution administrators under Trang Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, and 3) study guidelines for developing innovative leadership among educational institution administrators in the 21st century under Trang Primary Educational Service Area Office 1.
The research results revealed that 1) the innovative leadership of educational institution administrators under Trang Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 was at a high level, both overall and by aspect, 2) Overall, the innovative leadership of educational institution administrators classified by professional status showed a statistically significant difference at the .01 level. By aspect, the skill in innovative creative thinking and creating an innovative organizational culture differed significantly at the .05 level. The vision for change and teamwork and participation aspects differed significantly at the .01 level. The risk management aspect differed significantly at the .001 level, except work experience and school size did not differ, and 3) the study of guidelines for developing innovative leadership of administrators found that: in innovative creative thinking skills, most administrators encouraged teachers to use innovations; in vision for change, most administrators had a vision to motivate and prepare for changes; in teamwork and participation, administrators provided opportunities for teachers' involvement and problem-solving input; in creating an innovative organizational culture, administrators fostered a suitable working environment; and in risk management, administrators had to manage risks to minimize impacts on teachers and students.
