Development Guidelines For Learner Development Activities Management In New Normal Of School At Sai Thong Wattana District Under Kamphaeng Phet Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract
The objectives of this research were 1) to study the condition and problems of learner development activities management 2) to compare the condition of problems of learner development activities management and 3) to find ways to develop of learner development activities management in new normal of school at Sai Thong Wattana district under Kamphaeng Phet primary educational service area office 2. The samples used in this study were school directors, administrative teachers, teachers of educational institutions. There were a total of 97 people. The instruments were questionnaires and multiple responses. Besides, there was a structured interview, too. Data were analyzed by Mean, Standard Deviation, T-test, F-test, Percentage, Frequency Distribution and Prioritization of Content. The research findings showed that: 1) The condition of learner development activities management. The mostly overall were at a high level. The most condition of learner development activities management was Scout student activities. And There were problems with managing student development activities. It was found that the aspect that had the most problems overall was guidance activities. 2) The comparing the problems of managing student development activities before. Classified by school size and work experience are significantly different at the .05 level. 3) The development guidelines of learner development activities management. There were school administrators should have the ability to use technology to coordinate the creation of alliance networks. Should attend meetings to set directions or guidelines for organizing activities. and should use a variety of technologies and Methods for supervising, monitoring and evaluating activities.
