Abstract

The objectives of this research aimed 1) to study the condition and problems,  2) to compare the administrative conditions of relations between schools and communities of Secondary District Schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Sukhothai, Sukhothai Province classified according to work experience.


             The research findings indicated that:


             1) Conditions and problems of relationships between schools and communities. of the district secondary schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Sukhothai.   1.1) Conditions of administration of relationships between schools and communities, under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Sukhothai Province had overall at the highest level. 1.2) Problems in managing relationships between school and communities under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Sukhothai. The most common problems found in schools are lack of planning and personnel, lack of knowledge and understanding of operations, building relationships with the community, and lack of clear public relations. 2) Results of comparing the conditions of management of relationships between schools and communities. of the district secondary schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Sukhothai categorized according to experience, it was found that there was no difference. 3) The guidelines to develop relationships between schools and communities of Secondary District Schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Sukhothai is administrators must clearly set policies for building relationships with the communities. The personnel in educational institutions should understand and realize the importance of building relationships with the communities. The school curriculum has been created in line with the learning resources of community wisdom and schools should use the Professional Learning Community (PLC) process to analyze and reflect on the results of school and communities collaboration, Organize meetings of schools, foundations, associations, other agencies, and communities in order to have a common understanding and operate effectively.
