Abstract

ABSTRACT


              The objectives of this research were: 1) to study Academic administration based on Good governance of Educational institution administrators under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 4 2) to compare academic administration based on Good governance of Educational institution administrators under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area office 4, classified by position, education level and work experience 3) to study academic administration guidelines based on the Principles of Good governance of Educational institution administrators under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area office 4 divided into population, sample group, tools, and statistics used in the analysis.                    


              The results of the research found that:


  1. The academic administration based on Good governance of Educational institution administrators under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area office 4, overall level was at a high level. The aspect with the highest average to the lowest average was educational supervision, followed by the development of media, innovation and educational technology, teaching and learning management of in educational institutions, measurement, evaluation and transfer of academic results, educational curriculum development. The side with the lowest average was development of the learning process.

  2. Comparison of opinions level towards academic administration based on Good governance of Educational institution administrators under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area office 4, classified by position and education level. It was found that administrators and teachers had no different levels of opinions towards academic administration in all aspects. Classification by work experience, the overall academic administration was different with statistical significance at the .05 level. When considering each aspect, it was found that development of media innovation and educational technology and educational supervision was significantly different at the level of .05 level while other aspects were not different.

  3. Guidelines for academic administration based on Good governance of Educational institution administrators under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area office 4, were: 1) Assessment, evaluation and process of transferring grade: Educational institution administrators should set up a calendar for measuring and evaluating results that were suitable for the overall performance by notifying the teachers together 2) Educational Curriculum Development: Educational institution administrators should hold a planning meeting and appoint a working group to be responsible for the educational institution curriculum 3) Development of learning process: Educational institution administrators should organize the learning process of teachers to be flexible according to the interests and aptitudes of the students 4) Learning management in educational institutions: Educational institution administrators should promote teachers’ teaching and learning management in order to help teachers teach effectively 5) Educational supervision: Educational institution administrators should organize internal supervision at least once per semester to give advice and help in teaching and learning management 6) Development of media, innovation and educational technology: Educational institution administrators should improve the internet signal network, support online research, computer rooms, including supplying computers with peripherals installed in the classroom for teachers with the purpose of teachers can manage teaching and learning for high benefit.
