Intergration of Sanghawattuthama Principles to Promote Desirable Leadership Qualities of State Welfare Card Policy Administrators: A Case Study in Phaeng Subdistrict Kosumphisai Distinct Mahasarakham Province

Abstract
The objectives of this research were 1) To study the level of desirable leadership characteristics of the welfare card policy administrators. of the State: a case study of Phaeng Subdistrict Kosum Phisai District Maha Sarakham Province. 2) To study the relationship between the Sangahavatthamma principles and the desirable leadership qualities. Objectives of the administrators of the welfare card policy of the state: a study in the case of Phaeng Subdistrict Kosum Phisai District Maha Sarakham Province. and 3) to study the approach for integrating the Sangahavathamma to promote leadership qualities. Desirable outcomes of state welfare card policy administrators: a case study of Phaeng Sub-district Kosum Phisai District Maha Sarakham Province. Integrated research method with quantitative research The sample consisted of 384 persons according to Taro Yamane’s formula. The data were analyzed using mean, percentage, standard deviation and the Pearson correlation coefficient. Qualitative Research Section There were 12 key informant groups/person. The data were analyzed by using frequency values and content analysis techniques and writing a descriptive description.
The results showed that
1. Level of Desirable Leadership Characteristics of State Welfare Card Policy Administrators: Case Study of Phaeng Sub-District Kosum Phisai District Maha Sarakham Province, as a whole, at a high level
2. Principles of Sangkhahawat Dharma correlation with leadership principles to promote desirable leadership characteristics of state welfare card policy administrators: a case study of Phaeng Sub-district Kosum Phisai District Maha Sarakham Province Overall, at a very high level
3. Approaches for the Integration of Sanghawatthadhamma Principles to Enhance Preferred Leadership Characteristics of Government Welfare Card Policy Administrators : A Case Study of Tambon Phaeng Kosum Phisai District Maha Sarakham Province found that the opportunity should be given to participants to show their talents.
