An Application the four Principles of Iddhipada School Administration under Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 5

Abstract
The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the application of the Four
Iddhipada Dhammas in the administration of primary educational institutions under Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 5; 2) to compare the application of the Four Iddhipada Dhammas in the administration of primary educational institutions under Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 5, based on the samples’ factors: positions, school size, and work experience; 3) to propose the guideline of the application of the Four Iddhipada Dhammas in the administration of primary educational institutions under Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 5. This study was carried out by means of mixed-method research. The guideline of the application of the Four Iddhipada Dhammas in the educational institution administration was that (1) in terms of the academic administration based on the Four Iddhipada Dhammas, the personnel should be developed to have academic passion and workshop activities for educational personnel both on-site and off-site should be arranged. (2) In terms of the budget administration based on the Four Iddhipada Dhammas, the budget should be used wisely. There should be an annual budget operating plan. The budget should be used for benefits. (3) In terms of the personnel administration based on the Four Iddhipada Dhammas, personnel competence should be considered in assigning tasks according to their aptitude in their education field. (4) In terms of general administration based on the Four Iddhipada Dhammas, the operation should be managed with satisfaction, diligence, responsibility, and careful consideration.
