Immigration administration in Nong Khai Province in Thailand 4.0 era

Abstract
The immigration administration of Nong Khai province in Thailand 4.0 era, although at present there have been some driven by the immigration administration of Nong Khai province where the unit leaders during at present as the transformational leadership. The leaders have proposed a project related to the Thailand 4.0 policies to request the financial support for operation. However, looking to the future development, it can be employed to form of the Nong Khai model according to government policy for the immigration administration in Thailand 4.0 era by using the concept of 7’S McKinsey. The concept is a framework for organizational use to for organizational development. The study found that; the guideline for administration of immigration in Nong Khai Province in Thailand 4.0 were as follows; 1) Strategy provided directions, strategies, plans, projects and activities for the organization to achieve its goals 2) Structure should be added the sub-structure of organization by setting the horizontal structure or matrix organization structure 3) System, develop system management of organization should be modern. 4) Staff the executives should use skills to consider the assignment of duties to put the right man into the right job and to increase skills as professional 5) Style of the executive of immigration in Nong Khai province should have a transformational leadership style 6) Skills should be added to the executives which are significant skills in the 4.0 era for the immigration department in Nong Khai consisting of 3 critical elements as follows; (1) the knowledge of security and service (2) foreign languages and (3) technologies 7) Shared value should be created the unity as same as organization goal.
