Abstract

Leader in organizations in public and private sectors are important persons that can bring about success and changes to organizations and society. To be successful in communication, leaders need to have not only good communication skills but also personality. Leaders’ ethics and morals are also important to help persuading organizations’ staffs. This paper discusses the communication of leasers and their impact on organizations and society’s changes” The literature review includes communication theories relating to speaking, personalities and persuasion studies. The Transformational Leadership Theory is also employed.
