The users’ satisfaction of the maritime transportation services: A case studies of Experteam Co., Ltd.

Abstract

This research was about the users’ satisfaction of the maritime transportation services for the Experteam Company Limited. The aims of this research were to study the satisfaction of users towards the sea transportation service of the Experteam Company Limited, and to study the factors affecting to the satisfaction of users for the maritime transportation services of the Experteam Co., Ltd. The samples were the staff working on the oil drilling rig in the Gulf of Thailand and the customers who used the maritime transportation services of the Experteam Company Limited with a stratified random sampling method based on the population proportion. The research tool was questionnaires that the researcher designed for data collection. The research findings contended that the users’ satisfaction towards the services of maritime transportation for the Experteam Company Limited was at a high level as well as the factors affecting to the users’ satisfaction in the maritime transportation services of the Experteam Company Limited consisted of convenience factors, manners factors, safety factors, and reliability factors.
