Abstract

The research was about the working operation motivation of policemen for the Crime Suppression Division about Natural Resources and the Environment. The aims of the research were: 1) to study the level of the working operation motivation of the police officers in the Crime Suppression Division about Natural Resources and the Environment, and 2) to compare the working operation motivation classified by personal factors and internal management factors. The sample group used in the research was policemen of the Crime Suppression Division about Natural Resources and the Environment by purposive sampling amount to 89 people. The questionnaires were used as the data collection tool. The data was analyzed by using the descriptive statistics such as percentage, arithmetic mean and standard deviation as well as the inferential statistics consisting of t-test, and F-test (One- Way-ANOVA). The research results indicated that the opinions of the police officers working at the Crime Suppression Division about Natural Resources and the Environment regarding to the factors of internal management from the police officers in the organization was overall at a high level. The hypothesis test found that the police officers with different gender status, age, work experience and monthly income had the motivation of working operation in difference with the statistically significant level at 0.05. The internal management of organization in different factors had the motivation of working operation for policemen to reduce crime about natural resources and the environment with no significantly different level at 0.05.
