The objectives of this research were: 1) to develop the computer assisted instruction lessons for analysis of trading items from accounting documents; 2) to compare the learning achievement before and after using the computer assisted instruction lessons; and 3) to study satisfaction of students towards teaching and learning by using the computer assisted instruction lessons. The population was the 2nd year students of the high vocational certificate at Dusit Commercial Vocational College in the second of semester 2015 where the research studied from the entire population as 45 students. The statistics were used to analyze data consisting of the finding the efficiency of tools by using performance values during class (E1) and performance values after using the computer assisted instruction lessons (E2), arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and t-test dependent. The research findings were as follows: 1) the efficiency of computer assisted instruction lessons on the analysis of trading items from accounting documents for the accounting software packages were 80.33/83.67 higher than the standard of 80/80; 2) the comparison of the pre-test and post-test results showed that the statistics of post-test result was higher than pre-test by 0.05 levels; 3) the results of students’ satisfaction in the computer assisted instruction at the overall was at the highest level.
