This paper aims to identify Models of labor rights protection for elderly workers in the private sector. This case study examines comparative laws regarding the protection of the rights of elderly workers in the private sector in Thailand and abroad. This aims to align with the protection of the rights of elderly workers. The current situation has led to the transition to a fully aging society, with Thailand becoming a "super-aged society." This is a significant issue impacting the population structure, labor system, and economy at the global and Thai levels. A large number of elderly workers still have employment potential, but a suitable and sustainable labor rights protection system is lacking, both in terms of relevant laws for protecting elderly workers in the private sector. Therefore, a comparison of Thai and international laws was conducted and a protection model designed to suit the Thai context was conducted. The researchers concluded that it is necessary to identify models for protecting the rights of elderly workers in the private sector. This distinction between Thai and international laws can be used as a guideline for appropriate development and to enhance the potential of the elderly workforce in the private sector.
