The main purpose of this paper was to investigate the level of relationships and the influences among Organization Climate, Organization Culture and Safety Management System Of the employees in the Technician Department (Don Mueang), Thai Airways International Public Company Limited, the population is 1882 employees working in the Technician Department (Don Mueang), Thai Airways International Public Company Limited, the required sample group was 333 people.The research results were found that Couple relationship between Organization Climate, Organizational Culture and Safety Management System Of the employees in the Technician Department (Donmueang) of Thai Airways International Public Company Limited had a significantly positive relationship with all pairs and found that the Organizational Climate, Organizational Culture has a significantly positive influence on the Safety Management System. And a quadratic multiple correlation coefficient showed that 64.90 percent Of variance in flight safety management system variables of employees in the Thai Airways International Public Company Limited Technician Department can be described by Organizational atmosphere and organizational culture
