Administration of Public Relations of Knowledge Segregation on Waste of Local Administrative Organization in Saraburi Province

The main objectives of this study were to study ; (1) problems of Administration of Public Relations of Knowledge Segregation on Waste of Local Administrative Organization in Saraburi Province, (2) the development guideline of Administration of Public Relations of Knowledge Segregation on Waste of Local Administrative Organization in Saraburi Province, and (3) the main factors leading the success of the development guidelines of Administration of Public Relations of Knowledge Segregation on Waste of Local Administrative Organization in Saraburi Province. This study was designed as mixed method research using qualitative research as principle mean and supported by qualitative research. The quantitative research was survey research, collecting a large data set from questionnaires. The questionnaire passed try-out validity check at level of 0.91 and reliability check at level off 0.93. Population was all 640,065 people in Saraburi Province. Total of 1,110 samples were calculated by using Taro Yamane’s formula with 0.05 error level. Data analyzed was summarized in a contingency table with a descriptive approach. Statistics gathered were percentage, mean, standard deviation, multiple regression and Pearson’s correlation coefficient. The qualitative research collected data from 24 experts purposefully selected. The tool used to collect data structured In-Depth interview, collecting data by fact to fact In-Depth interview and analyzing data by descriptive interpretation. Findings of this research were; (1) the major problems of administration were the some public relations officials of the Local Administrative Organization lack of public morality and lack of public mind service, (2) the Local Administrative Organization should promote public relations personnel with morals and ethics in public relations operations, and (3) the main factors of the success of the development guideline was that the administrators need to have the knowledge, ability, good vision and clear policies that support the implementation of all activities/projects.
