Abstract

The research article aimed to study the level factors of business management and level of CSR management in industrial business in the current situations. The study analyzed the factors of business management affecting the level of CSR management and provided the methods of CSR for industry business in eastern, Thailand. Both qualitative and quantitative research methods were chosen for this study. For quantitative research method, the data collection was from 400 companies. While in-depth interviews to 17 executive staffs and include staff in government sectors were selected for qualitative research method. The results showed that 1) level factors of business management in industrial business overall means at high level ( = 4.13, SD = 0.219) and level of CSR management in industrial business overall means at high level ( = 3.89, SD = 0.168) in the current situations 2) the analysis in the level factors of business management affecting the level of CSR management in industrial business could be also applied to explain the change of the performance of the level of CSR management at 20.4 percent while the factors of structure and style had a significantly effect on the level of CSR management in statistics at .01 level 3) the methods of CSR management for Industry business in eastern, Thailand included promotion and supporting all CSR activities composite proactive action, reactive action, preventive action, corrective action, and participation action in CSR management.
