Capability of Educational Personnel in Schools in Special Development Zone

The research entitled “Capability of Educational Personnel in Schools in Special Development Zone” is intended 1) to study and analyze the general condition and knowledge and understanding of preparing the educational plan, implementation as planned and review of the educational personnel plan in schools in the Special Development Zone; 2) to study the application of the 23 principles of the King's Philosophy into practice in preparing the education plan, implementation as planned and review of the educational personnel plan in the Special Development Zone; and 3) to study factors of preparation of the education plan, planned implementation and review of the plans that influence the capability of educational personnel in schools in the Special Development Zone. The samples who responded to the questionnaire are the educational personnel in schools in the Special Development Zone with a total number of 533 individuals. The tool used to collect the data is the questionnaire. The statistics used in the data analysis include frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple linear regression. The results showed that 1) The general condition and knowledge and understanding of the education plan, implementation and review of the educational personnel plan in schools in the Special Development Zone are at a ‘Very Much’ level (¯X = 3.89) that is divided into 1) the complete review of the plans (¯X= 3.95); 2) the plan preparation (¯X= 3.94) and 3) the planned implementation (¯X= 3.80). 2) The application of the 23 principles of the King’s Philosophy overall is at a ‘Very Much’ level (¯X= 4.03) and the most frequently used 3 principles sorting from the highest value to the lowest value include 1) Know the love of unity (¯X= 4.36); 2) Integrity, honesty and sincerity (¯X= 4.35) and 3) Work happily (¯X= 4.32). 3) The factor of plan preparation, planned implementation and review of the plans influencing the capability of educational personnel in schools in the Special Development Zone.
