Rental Payment of State Property for Living in Chonburi Province
Abstract
The Objective of this research aim to first, to study the Rental payment of state property for living in Chonburi province. Second to analyze the factors influencing to the rental payment of state property for living in Chonburi province. And lastly to study problems and suggestions to approve Rental payment of state property management for living in Chonburi province. This research used quantitative method and correct data from the 1,063 who rental the government’s property for living in Chonburi province. The sample consisted of 291people. This study has found that most lessees make a rental payment on time. Only a few lessees have late payments. There are a number of factors which relates to the possession the state property and make payments for living reasons at Chonburi. The current rental rate and the methods of payment have a lot of influences for residents in making payment. The occupational factors, income and expense within a family, sufficient earnings, savings, regulations and governmental officers, and any measures for claiming debt payments for a state property have no effect on making payments for living in state properties at Chonburi. Problems and suggestions for rental payments in state properties include the increase of additional channels for payments As the current way of human beings life is changing along with the constant of technological progress. The development of e-payment or electronic payment system is necessary, such as banking system, counter service and postal service or special service in remote area. These are ways to decrease debt payments for all lessees. The governmental officers should visit the lessees for mutual understanding in terms of the lessees’ benefits and duties to pay rental fees or any fares or other amount of money that might be need in order to renew the lease contract of state properties as specified in the lease terms and conditions.
