Guidelines for the Development of Healthy Organization Industrial in Pathumthani Province

Abstract

The objectives of this research article were 1) to study environmental factors of organization affecting the creation of happy 8 workplace. 2) to study environmental factors of organization affecting cohabitation behavior and 3) to study how to create happy workplace for industrial organization in Pathumthani province. This mixed methodology research consisted of 400 samples and in-depth interview of 17 people including executives, managers and other staff of government organizations. The researcher found that 1) the multiple linear regression: the environmental factors affecting behavior creation of happy 8 workplace were 34.7% (Adjusted R2 = .347). The statistical significance of environmental factors of organization in responsibilities and attitudes were 0.1 and in policies and regulations were .05. The independent variables affected the creation of happy 8 workplace which the responsibilities were the most important factor loading (Beta=.248). The organizational environment affected factors cohabitation behavior 42.4% (Adjusted R2 = .424). The other factors including policies, regulations and attitudes affected cohabitation behavior at statistical level of .01. The responsibilities affected cohabitation behavior at statistical level of .05. The attitudes were the most important factor loading which affected the cohabitation behavior (Beta = .283). The direction to develop happy workplace for industrial organization in Pathumthani province as following 1) proactive measure 2) reactive measure 3) preventive measure 4) collaborative measure to efficiently create happy workplace.
