Opinion about Quality of Use Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)

Abstract

The objective of this research were is 1. to study the levels management supportive about operate enterprise resource planning (ERP) a case study: kasetsart university, bangkhen campus, 2. to study the levels opinion about quality of use enterprise resource planning (ERP) a case study : kasetsart university, bangkhen campus, 3. to compare the opinion about quality of use enterprise resource planning (ERP) a case study : kasetsart university, bangkhen campus to their personal factors, and 4. to study the relationship between the management supportive with quality of use enterprise resource planning (ERP) a case study : kasetsart university, bangkhen campus. The sample size in the research is enterprise resource planning officer composed of supply officer finance and accounting officer 164 personal. The data were collected by questionnaires and analyzed the data statistical were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA and pearson,s product moment correlation was at the 0.05 level of significance. The results of the research found that the management supportive and quality of use enterprise resource planning (ERP) a case study: kasetsart university, bangkhen campus was moderate. The hypothesis testing revealed that the sample with work departments and experience in enterprise resource planning (ERP) have difference opinion about quality of use enterprise resource planning (ERP) a case study: kasetsart university, bangkhen campus. while management supportive moderate positive correlations with quality of use enterprise resource planning (ERP) a case study: kasetsart university, bangkhen campus at the 0.05 level of significance.
