Abstract

The main objectives of this study were to study (1) problem of administration of land management to farmer of People’s Council in 4 regions (2) development guidelines of the administration of land management to farmer of People’s Council in 4 regions (3) The major factor contributing to the development guidelines of the administration of land management under the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy and (4) The major factor to optimization of administration of land management to farmer of People’s Council in 4 regions of the Agricultural Land Reform Office. This study was a mixed research by using questionnaires and in-depth interview of experts. Population are members of People’s Council in 4 regions of 400 respondents. The statistics used in the research were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, data analysis and triangulation. Findings were 1) problem of administration of land management was major on good immune system 2) development guidelines of the administration of land management was that Office should increase the number of staff. 3) the major factor contributing to the development guidelines of the administration of land management under the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy was Office should have more modern equipment and 4) the major factor to optimization of administration of land management to farmer of People’s Council in 4 regions of the Agricultural Land Reform Office the problem of land invasion of the state was Office should have the power to enforce land-state clearances and should coordinate and solve problems with other relevant agencies.
