Administration of the Child Development Centers under Kae Dam Tambon Administration Organization, Kae Dam District, Mahasarakham Province

Abstract
This study aimed to study and compare the levels of, and compile recommendations on the administration of the child development centers under Kae Dam Tambon Administration Organization, Kae Dam District, Maha Sarakham Province from the sample of 245 people who were obtained through purposive sampling. The instrument for the data collection was a questionnaire with the discrimination power ranging from 0.32 to 0.89 and the total reliability of 0.97. The statistics employed were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test and F-test (ANOVA) were employed in hypothesis testing. The results are as follows: 1.The level of the administration of the child development centers under Kae Dam Tambon Administration Organization, Kae Dam District, Maha Sarakham Province, on the whole and by aspect, was in the high level. The aspects were: academic and curricular activities, personnel and administration, community participation and support, and buildings and grounds, environment and safety. 2. The people with different sex who were involved with the administration of the child development centers had a difference in their opinions on the administration of the child development centers under Kae Dam Tambon Administration Organization, Kae Dam District, Maha Sarakham Province, with statistical significance at the .05 level. Meanwhile, the people with different position/occupation, and level of education, had no difference in their opinions. 3.The recommendations on the administration of the child development centers under Kae Dam Tambon Administration Organization, Kae Dam District, Maha Sarakham Province revealed that: 1) on the aspect of buildings and grounds, environment and safety, the community should have part in arrangement of internal and external environment; 2) on the aspect of community participation and support, the community should have part in activities and the publicity of the work of the child development centers continuously.
