Abstract
This paper “Chinese Local Government and Structure in Nowadays” describes about Chinese local government structure which is divided as tier system, namely provincial level, prefectural level, county level, township level and village level. In addition it is also described about Chinese local government structure which is divided as the classification of provincial level, namely province, autonomous region, municipality and special administrative region. Moreover, it course about origin of the Chinese local governors and the Chinese local people’s congress, Chinese local election both direct vote and indirect vote and role and responsibility of Chinese local government.
