The Development Guideline of Community Leader Role’s for Empowerment Case Study of Watyanasangvararam Community Banglamung District Chonburi Province

Abstract

The research objectives are to study the development guideline of community leader role’s for empowerment Watyansangwararam community Banglamung district Chonburi Province. This study conducted mixed method research, quantitative and qualitative researches. Through questionnaire, quantitative data are collected from 296 people. Convenience sampling is used to select them. Through in depth interview, qualitative data are collected from 24 people related to the royal project. Those 24 people are selected based on purposive sampling. The results found as follows. The development leaders should hold activities promoting local security such as friends warning, and voluntary police to seek for local participation the drugs development leaders may hold activities with local people to brainstorm and make plans so that local people can realize the danger of drugs. To be number one is an example. The economic development leaders should provide service center to distribute and sell some products to local agriculturists.
