Abstract
This article aims to be the method for managing in public service of government sector and local administration. The content covers framework, meaning, rule and organization of public service managing. In addition, it also covers about responsibility’s allocation to manage the public service and public service managing alternatives. The writer has revised both Thai and foreign language literatures which are related to this article for many times.
To manage the public service, there would be cooperated between government sector and local administration. Moreover, there also has the method that government sector or local administration assign private sector to take the action instead for the most advantage to all citizens.
