The quantitative methodology had 382 sample respondents who were monks, while the qualitative methodology had 14 informants. Statistics used were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, one-way ANOVA and multiple linear regression. The results showed that there were five factors which had a statistically significant effect on the performance of Bangkok’s private monasteries at the 0.05 significance level: coordinating factor; decision factor; organization structure factor; motivation factor, and reporting factor.
