Satisfaction Evaluation of the Operation of the National Health Commission Office for the Fiscal Year 2016

Abstract
The objectives of this research were to evaluate the satisfaction on the operation of the National Health Commission Office (Sor Chor) for the fiscal year 2016 from all stakeholders and to recommend the guidelines for organizational improvement and development. The population of this research was total 1,860 of the stake holders. The research found that the attitude of the most successful operation under the Sor Chor’s role was the support of Health Assembly Management in all levels (Nation/ Area/ Issue) (=7.77). The attitude of satisfaction towards the operation of Sor Chor which divided in 6 aspects including (1) Satisfaction in overview operation (2) Management (3) Participation of Health Participatory Policy Implementation (4) Academics (Tool under the Health National Act) (5) Potentiality development and (6) Communication were totally evaluated in the high level. The attitude of satisfaction of the Commission of National Health Assembly and the Board of the National Health Commission Office and the attitude of satisfaction towards the management under the good governance of stake holders were also evaluated in the high level. Finally, the guidelines of organizational operation improvement and development were the organizational communications.
