Abstract

This work entitled “Organization Diagnosis for Community Organization Development: A Case Study of Local Rice Fund Nongkukard Sub-district, Borabu District, Mahasarakham Province” aimed to achieve the following objectives: 1. Conduct a diagnosis for Community Organization Development using a case study of Local Rice Fund Nongkukard Sub-district, Borabu District Mahasarakham Province; 2. Synthesize a role model for organization development utilizing a case study of Local Rice Fund Nongkukard Sub-district, Borabu District Mahasarakham Province; and 3. Suggest policies and practices for the development of community organizations to strengthen the management of community organizations for stakeholders and interested parties. By Qualitative Research, In depth – Interview and Focus Group Discussion. the research found key factors for the success of the Rice Local Rice Fund, operating in both formal and informal ways for the management of the organization with a focus on collaborative governance. Modeling enabled development of community organizations for success and sustainability. An important step in development is consultation with the community, which should involve a review of the problem and an analysis of the goals you want to reach. Study with organizations in the network. Establish a community organization by setting goals and planning to drive organizational development (Vision and Mission). Development should be evaluated by focusing on collaborative learning.
