บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยเรื่องแนวทางพัฒนาการมีส่วนร่วมในแบบปฏิบัติด้านการจัดการความรู้ของบุคลากรในสถาบันการศึกษา กรณีศึกษา คณะศิลปศาสตร์และวิทยาการจัดการมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในแบบปฏิบัติด้านการจัดการความรู้ของบุคลากร ศึกษาปัญหาและอุปสรรค และเสนอแนะแนวทางการพัฒนาการมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากร การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลประชากร จากบุคลากรทั้งหมดของคณะ จำนวน 80 คน และผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก คือ คณะกรรมการฝ่ายบริหารยุทธศาสตร์องค์การทั้งหมดของคณะ จำนวน 19 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามออนไลน์และการประชุมกลุ่มย่อย สถิติที่ใช้สำหรับการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ประกอบด้วย ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติเชิงอนุมาน ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์ความแตกต่าง ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ตามวิธีของเพียร์สัน และวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ ประเภทพนักงาน มีความแตกต่างของการมีส่วนร่วมในแบบปฏิบัติด้านการจัดการความรู้ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05 และปัจจัยด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเป็นปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในแบบปฏิบัติด้านการจัดการความรู้ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05 นอกจากนี้ การไม่เข้าใจนโยบายและแผนงานด้านการจัดการความรู้ กลายเป็นปัญหาและอุปสรรคที่บุคลากรพบมากที่สุด
