บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยเรื่อง ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความเพียงพอของเงินวัยเกษียณของพนักงานรัฐวิสาหกิจ กรณีศึกษา การไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาค เขต 3 (ภาคใต้) จังหวัดยะลา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความเพียงพอของเงินวัยเกษียณและพฤติกรรมการออม ข้อมูลที่ศึกษาได้มาจากการเก็บข้อมูลจากพนักงานการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาค เขต 3 (ภาคใต้) จังหวัดยะลา จำนวน 323 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความถี่ในการออมต่อเดือน 1 – 2 ครั้งต่อเดือน มีเงินออม 5,000 บาทขึ้นไปต่อเดือน คิดเป็นสัดส่วนเงินออมต่อเดือนเท่ากับ 15%-20% ต่อเดือน ออมเงินมาแล้วมากกว่า 5 ปี โดยออมเงินในกองทุนสำรองเลี้ยงชีพมากกที่สุด วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) และการถดถอยเชิงพหุ (Multiple Regression) จากผลการศึกษาพบว่า อายุ สถานภาพ ระดับการศึกษา รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน และจำนวนสมาชิกในครอบครัวที่แตกต่างกัน มีความเพียงพอของเงินวัยเกษียณของพนักงานการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาคแตกต่างกัน นอกจากนี้ ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความเพียงพอของเงินวัยเกษียณของพนักงานการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาค อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ได้แก่ ปัจจัยด้านเศรษฐกิจ ทางด้านอัตราเงินเฟ้อ ด้านอัตราดอกเบี้ย และด้านการเมืองและสังคม ปัจจัยด้านการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับการออม ด้านอัตราผลตอบแทน และด้านทักษะทางการเงิน ทั้งนี้สามารถนำผลที่ได้จากงานวิจัยมาใช้เป็นข้อมูลในการจัดอบรม และให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการวางแผนทางการเงิน เพื่อให้สามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในชีวิตประจำวันได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น และควรมีนโยบายให้พนักงานเข้าร่วมการสำรวจทักษะทางการเงินเป็นประจำทุกปี เพื่อให้ทราบถึงพัฒนาการของระดับทักษะทางการเงิน โดยนำข้อมูลดังกล่าวมาประกอบการจัดทำนโยบายเชิงพัฒนาเพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะทางการเงิน
