นวัตกรรมสื่อสร้างสรรค์จากกรณีศึกษา 5 ประเทศ และ ความท้าทายของการพัฒนานวัตกรรมสื่อในประเทศไทย

บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยนี้ มีเป้าหมายในการถอดบทเรียนการวิเคราะห์การส่งเสริมพัฒนานวัตกรรมสื่อผ่านกรณีศึกษาเอกสารจาก 5 ประเทศ ได้แก่ สหราชอาณาจักร ออสเตรเลีย เนเธอร์แลนด์ เกาหลีใต้ และ ญี่ปุ่น ในช่วงปีพ.ศ. 2560-2564 เพื่อวิเคราะห์หาแนวทางต้นแบบเพื่อสร้างระบบการส่งเสริมและพัฒนานวัตกรรมสื่อในประเทศไทย ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) หน่วยการภาครัฐ องค์กรสื่อ และ หน่วยงานให้ทุนของแต่ละประเทศให้ความสำคัญต่อบทบาทของสื่อในการพัฒนาพฤติกรรม  แก้ปัญหาทางสังคม และสร้างมูลค่าทางเศรษฐกิจ จึงมีการกำหนดแผนของชาติและมีเงินทุนสนับสนุนนวัตกรรมสื่อ 2) รูปแบบการพัฒนามีการวางโครงสร้างที่ครบวงจรเริ่มจากการให้ทุนตั้งต้นในการทดลองพัฒนาเทคโนโลยี การเล่าเรื่อง และ บทบาทใหม่ ๆ ของสื่อ การพัฒนาผู้ประกอบการสื่อที่สร้างนวัตกรรม ระบบการหาตลาดทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศเพื่อต่อยอดนวัตกรรม
เชิงพาณิชย์ การถอดบทเรียนองค์ความรู้เพื่อให้เกิดการพัฒนาต่อยอดนวัตกรรมใหม่ 3) นวัตกรรมสื่อจากกระบวนการส่งเสริมที่เป็นระบบสร้างการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางเทคโนโลยี ความหลากหลายเชิงประเด็นและรูปแบบการเล่าเรื่องใหม่ เสริมประสิทธิภาพให้กระบวนการทำงานขององค์กรสื่อ บทบาทของสื่อในการสร้างนวัตกรรมเชิงสังคม นวัตกรรมถูกใช้ประโยชน์ทางสังคมได้จริง และทำรายได้เชิงพาณิชย์ และเกิดผู้ประกอบการสื่อที่เป็นนวัตกรพัฒนาสื่อรูปแบบใหม่อย่างต่อเนื่อง ทั้งนี้ ข้อเสนอแนวทางในการพัฒนาการสนับสนุนนวัตกรรมสื่อในไทยควรสร้างระบบนิเวศน์ของนวัตกรรมสื่อทั้งการให้ทุน การบ่มเพาะผู้ประกอบการสื่อกลุ่มสร้างนวัตกรรม การทดลองพัฒนารูปแบบสื่อและเทคโนโลยี การสร้างตลาดและโอกาสการหารายได้ให้เป็นวงจรที่ครบกระบวนการในการส่งเสริมการพัฒนา
