การวิเคราะห์ความคุ้มค่าทางการเงินของธุรกิจผจญภัย

บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์ในการศึกษาเพื่อวิเคราะห์ความคุ้มค่าทางการเงินของธุรกิจผจญภัย โดยการสำรวจภาคสนามโดยวิธีการเก็บแบบสัมภาษณ์จากผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจผจญภัยจำนวน 1 แห่งในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ซึ่งเป็นผู้ประกอบการที่ให้ความร่วมมือในการให้ข้อมูลทางการเงิน เพื่อนำมาวิเคราะห์หาความคุ้มค่าทางการเงิน โดยการลงทุนโครงการธุรกิจผจญภัยมีอายุโครงการเท่ากับ 10 ปีตามอายุการใช้งานสินทรัพย์ และใช้อัตราคิดลดร้อยละ 8.00 พบว่า มูลค่าปัจจุบันสุทธิของโครงการ (Net present value : NPV) มีค่า 349,294.51 บาท อัตราผลตอบแทนต่อทุน (Benefit cost ratio : BCR) 1.09 เท่า อัตราผลตอบแทนภายใน (Internal rate of return : IRR) มีค่าร้อยละ 9.87 ระยะเวลาคืนทุน (Payback period: PB) 6.25 ปี และการวิเคราะห์ความอ่อนไหวโดยใช้ค่าเฉลี่ยอัตราเงินเฟ้อร้อยละ 3.03 พบว่า มูลค่าปัจจุบันสุทธิของโครงการ (NPV) มีค่า 217,510.89 บาท อัตราผลตอบแทนต่อทุน (BCR) 1.05 เท่า อัตราผลตอบแทนภายใน (IRR) มีค่าร้อยละ 9.17 ระยะเวลาคืนทุน 6.44 ปี ดังนั้น สามารถสรุปได้ว่าการศึกษาความคุ้มค่าทางการเงินของโครงการธุรกิจผจญภัยในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่เกิดความคุ้มค่าทางการเงินในการลงทุน
