Structural Influence of Innovation Factors on The Community Enterprise’s Sustainability

Abstract

The objectives of this study were to study the innovation factor of community enterprise operations, the sustainability of community enterprises arising from innovation factors and to study the structural influence of innovation factors on the sustainability of community enterprises in the Muang district Chiang Rai Province. This was a quantitative research. The research instrument was questionnaires that were collected from 465 members of community enterprises.


Most of the respondents were female, aged between 30-40 years of age, and were members of the community enterprise group in Muang District, Chiang Rai Province.


There was an implementation of 4 innovation factors in their operations at a high level as a total. The highest factor was operation innovation followed by product innovation and the least is management innovation.


The sustainability of community enterprises rising from the innovation factor was at a high level as a whole. The highest mean was environmental sustainability followed by social sustainability and economic sustainability in order.


The declared harmony of data was present in the structural model of sustainable community enterprise arising from innovation elements. The sustainability factor of community enterprises in Muang District, Chiang Rai Province, was positively influenced by the innovation factor.
