รูปแบบความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุของปัจจัยการตลาดเชิงเนื้อหาและปัจจัยร่วม ที่ส่งผลต่อความตั้งใจซื้อสินค้าผ่าน Live Stream Commerce บน Facebook Platform ในประเทศไทย

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาพฤติกรรมการซื้อสินค้าผ่าน Live Stream Commerce บนแพลตฟอร์ม Facebook ของผู้บริโภค Generation Y ในประเทศไทย และ (2) ศึกษาอิทธิพลของปัจจัยการตลาดเชิงเนื้อหา ลักษณะการสื่อสาร และการรับรู้ความเป็นธรรมด้านราคาที่มีต่อการรับรู้ความเพลิดเพลิน ความพึงพอใจ และความไว้วางใจในแบรนด์ออนไลน์ ซึ่งส่งผลต่อความตั้งใจซื้อสินค้าผ่าน Live Stream Commerce บน Facebook ผู้วิจัยเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างคือผู้บริโภค Generation Y (จำนวน 800 คน) เนื่องจากเป็นกลุ่มคนที่มีกำลังซื้อสูงที่สุด โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอนจากจังหวัดที่มีสัดส่วนประชากร Generation Y สูง การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้โมเดลสมการโครงสร้าง (Structural Equation Modeling: SEM) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ค่าดัชนีฟิตของโมเดลมีความเหมาะสม (chi-square = 353.488, df=185, chi-square/df=1.911, P-value=.000, RMSEA=.034, CFI=.996 TLI=.989, GFI=.972, AGFI=.924, RMR=.010 HOELTER=493) ลักษณะการสื่อสารส่งผลเชิงบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญต่อการรับรู้ความเพลิดเพลิน การตลาดเชิงเนื้อหามีอิทธิพลต่อความพึงพอใจและความไว้วางใจในแบรนด์ออนไลน์ ขณะที่การรับรู้ความเป็นธรรมด้านราคาส่งผลต่อความพึงพอใจ นอกจากนี้ ยังพบว่า การรับรู้ความเพลิดเพลิน ความพึงพอใจ และความไว้วางใจในแบรนด์ออนไลน์มีอิทธิพลโดยตรงต่อความตั้งใจซื้อสินค้าผ่าน Live Stream Commerce บน Facebook อย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ดังนั้น ลักษณะการสื่อสารที่มีลักษณะโต้ตอบ สนุกสนาน และเป็นมิตรทำให้เกิดการรับรู้ความเพลิดเพลินของผู้บริโภค ประกอบกับการออกแบบการตลาดเชิงเนื้อหาอย่างมีคุณภาพสามารถกระตุ้นให้เกิดการตัดสินใจซื้อได้
