พลวัตของการวางแผนการเกษียณอายุทางการเงิน: พฤติกรรมทางการเงิน ความรู้ด้านสุขภาพ ความรู้ทางการเงิน โดยมีบทบาทของที่ปรึกษาทางการเงินเป็นตัวแปรคั่นกลางในประเทศไทย

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลทางตรงและทางอ้อมของพฤติกรรมทางการเงิน ความรู้ด้านสุขภาพ และความรู้ทางการเงินที่มีต่อการวางแผนการเกษียณอายุทางการเงิน โดยมีบทบาทของที่ปรึกษาทางการเงินเป็นตัวแปรคั่นกลาง กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วยผู้ใช้บริการที่ปรึกษาทางการเงินในประเทศไทย จำนวน 480 คน ซึ่งได้มาจากการเลือกตัวอย่างแบบสะดวก เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือแบบสอบถาม และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์แบบจำลองสมการโครงสร้างโดยใช้โปรแกรม AMOS
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า แบบจำลองสมการโครงสร้างที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีความสอดคล้องกลมกลืนกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ พฤติกรรมทางการเงิน (β = 0.235, p < 0.001) ความรู้ทางการเงิน (β = 0.206, p < 0.001) และความรู้ด้านสุขภาพ (β = 0.090, p < 0.001) มีอิทธิพลเชิงบวกโดยตรงต่อการวางแผนการเกษียณอายุทางการเงิน นอกจากนี้ พฤติกรรมทางการเงิน (β = 0.323, p < 0.001) และความรู้ทางการเงิน (β = 0.371, p < 0.001) มีอิทธิพลเชิงบวกต่อบทบาทของที่ปรึกษาทางการเงิน ขณะที่ความรู้ด้านสุขภาพไม่มีอิทธิพลต่อบทบาทของที่ปรึกษาทางการเงินอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (β = 0.030, p = 0.473) บทบาทของที่ปรึกษาทางการเงินมีอิทธิพลเชิงบวกโดยตรงต่อการวางแผนการเกษียณอายุทางการเงิน (β = 0.579, p < 0.001) และเป็นตัวแปรที่มีอิทธิพลทางตรงสูงที่สุดในแบบจำลอง
เมื่อพิจารณาอิทธิพลโดยรวม พบว่า พฤติกรรมทางการเงินมีอิทธิพลทางตรงเท่ากับ 0.235 และอิทธิพลทางอ้อมผ่านบทบาทของที่ปรึกษาทางการเงินเท่ากับ 0.187 ส่งผลให้มีอิทธิพลรวมต่อการวางแผนการเกษียณอายุทางการเงินเท่ากับ 0.422 ส่วนความรู้ทางการเงินมีอิทธิพลทางตรงเท่ากับ 0.206 และอิทธิพลทางอ้อมเท่ากับ 0.215 ส่งผลให้มีอิทธิพลรวมเท่ากับ 0.421 สำหรับความรู้ด้านสุขภาพมีอิทธิพลทางตรงเท่ากับ 0.090 และมีอิทธิพลรวมเท่ากับ 0.107 ทั้งนี้ แบบจำลองสามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนของการวางแผนการเกษียณอายุทางการเงินได้ร้อยละ 79.0
ผลการศึกษาสะท้อนให้เห็นว่า พฤติกรรมทางการเงิน ความรู้ทางการเงิน ความรู้ด้านสุขภาพ และบทบาทของที่ปรึกษาทางการเงินล้วนมีความสำคัญต่อการวางแผนการเกษียณอายุทางการเงิน โดยบทบาทของที่ปรึกษาทางการเงินเป็นกลไกสำคัญที่เชื่อมโยงพฤติกรรมทางการเงินและความรู้ทางการเงินกับการวางแผนการเกษียณอายุ ดังนั้น หน่วยงานภาครัฐ สถาบันการเงิน และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องควรส่งเสริมความรู้และพฤติกรรมทางการเงิน ควบคู่กับการพัฒนาการให้คำปรึกษาทางการเงินที่เหมาะสม เพื่อสนับสนุนให้ประชาชนสามารถเตรียมความพร้อมทางการเงินสำหรับวัยเกษียณได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
