สมการโครงสร้างประสิทธิภาพโซ่อุปทานของธุรกิจดูแลผู้สูงอายุภายใต้สถานการณ์วิกฤตของประเทศไทย

บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยครั้งมีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อพัฒนาสมการเชิงโครงสร้าง,ตรวจสอบองค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันและตรวจสอบสมการเชิงโครงสร้างกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ที่พัฒนาขึ้นของประสิทธิภาพโซ่อุปทานของธุรกิจดูแลผู้สูงอายุภายใต้สถานการณ์วิกฤติของประเทศไทย การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามโดยเก็บข้อมูล จากผู้บริหารในสถานประกอบธุรกิจดูแลผู้สูงอายุ จำนวน 400 ราย การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยแบบจำลองสมการโครงสร้าง
ผลการวิจัยพบว่าปัจจัยด้านการแบ่งปันข้อมูล,ปัจจัยด้านประสิทธิภาพผู้จัดหาส่งผลทางตรงต่อปัจจัยด้านประสิทธิภาพโซ่อุปทานของธุรกิจดูแลผู้สูงอายุอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ 0.001 รวมทั้งประสิทธิภาพผู้จัดหาเป็นตัวแปรคั่นกลางระหว่างความสัมพันธ์ของการแบ่งปันข้อมูลและประสิทธิภาพโซ่อุปทานมีค่าอิทธิพลทางอ้อมเป็น 0.240 ส่วนปัจจัยด้านนวัตกรรม ไม่ส่งผลทางตรงต่อประสิทธิภาพโซ่อุปทานของธุรกิจดูแลผู้สูงอายุ และได้ทำการทดสอบกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ มีความสอดคล้องกับสมการเชิงโครงสร้าง ได้ผลการทดสอบดังนี้พิจารณาจากค่าไคสแควร์สัมพันธ์ (CMIN/df) เท่ากับ 1.957 ค่าดัชนีวัดระดับความกลมกลืนเปรียบเทียบ (CFI) เท่ากับ 0.990 ค่าดัชนีวัดระดับความกลมกลืน (GFI) เท่ากับ0.947 ค่าดัชนีวัดระดับความกลมกลืนที่ปรับแก้แล้ว (AGFI) เท่ากับ = 0.92 ค่ารากของค่าเฉลี่ยกำลังสองของเศษเหลือในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน (RMR) เท่ากับ 0.009 และค่ารากกำลังสองของความคาดเคลื่อนโดยประมาณ (RMSEA) เท่ากับ 0.049 ซึ่งผลการวิจัยนี้ มีความสัมพันธ์กับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ผู้ประกอบธุรกิจดูแลผู้สูงอายุสามารถนำปัจจัยด้านการแบ่งปันข้อมูล ด้านประสิทธิภาพผู้จัดหาไปใช้ในการวางแผนในการดำเนินการเพื่อช่วยให้การบริหารโซ่อุปทานมีความยืนหยุ่นและมีประสิทธิภาพในธุรกิจดูแลผู้สูงอายุขององค์กร
