ระบบฐานข้อมูลเพื่อการจัดการยานพาหนะ : กรณีศึกษาระบบจัดการยานพาหนะมหาวิทยาลัยทักษิณ

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อออกแบบและพัฒนาฐานข้อมูลสำหรับระบบบริหารจัดการยานพาหนะของมหาวิทยาลัยทักษิณ เพื่อช่วยแก้ปัญหาในเรื่องของการจอง การจัดตารางการใช้ยานพาหนะ และการเรียกดูรายงานต่างๆ ซึ่งพัฒนาเป็นเว็บแอปพลิเคชั่นที่มีการออกแบบหน้าจอแบ่งเป็น 4 ส่วน คือ 1) ส่วนที่เชื่อมโยงไปยัง URL อื่น 2) ส่วนแสดงสัญลักษณ์มหาวิทยาลัยและชื่อระบบงาน 3) ส่วนเมนูรายการและการเข้าสู่ระบบ 4) ส่วนแสดงเนื้อหาของระบบงาน ผู้วิจัยพัฒนาระบบงานโดยใช้ภาษา ASP.NET และระบบจัดการฐานข้อมูล Oracle8i โดยใช้ฟังก์ชั่น Trigger Procedure Function และ View ช่วยในการพัฒนาระบบงาน นอกจากนี้ผู้วิจัยใช้หลักการการเขียนโปรแกรมเชิงวัตถุในการเขียนคำสั่งกำหนดสิทธิการใช้งานตามประเภทผู้ใช้ 3 ประเภท ได้แก่ บุคลากร เจ้าหน้าที่งานพัฒนาอาคารสถานที่ และผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัย

การทดสอบประเมินผลประสิทธิภาพระบบงานโดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) จำนวน 47 ตัวอย่าง ทดสอบใช้ระบบงาน แล้วตอบแบบสอบถาม 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) Functional Requirement Test 2) Functional Test และ 3) Usability Test พบว่าผู้ใช้ส่วนใหญ่พึงพอใจระบบงานในระดับดี

Vehicle Management Database System : A Case Study of Vehicle Management System, Thaksin University

This paper presents the design and development of a vehicle management system, Vehicle Management Database System (VMDS), for Thaksin University. The system which consists of a database server and four web applications provides reservation, scheduling, and reporting for all vehicles in the university. The system was developed using the ASP.NET framework, and the Oracle8i database management system. Object oriented programming concept was used to delegate privileges of three user levels including university staff, vehicle service department’s personnel, and university administrators.

The system was evaluated by 47 purposive samples in three key tests including requirement test, functional test, and usability test. It was found that the system provided high satisfaction to most users.
