Abstract
Influence of Personality Characteristics, and Job Satisfaction on Work Adjustment of New Graduates
The purposes of this research were to study influence of factors of personality characteristic and job satisfaction to work adjustment of new graduates. The research sample consisted of 310 new graduates of Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire. Statistics for data analysis was the structural equation model. Research findings were as follows: The results showed that the personality characteristics and job satisfaction factor showed effect to work adjustment factor. The overall factors as stated above, could forecast the work adjustment with an accuracy of 39 percent. The Structural Equation Model was tested by the researcher as the best fit model with empirical data. Research results can be used as information for administrators to support or develop the personality and job satisfaction of new graduates to be able effectively work adjustment.
