แนวทางการพัฒนาคุณภาพโครงงานของนักศึกษาสหกิจศึกษาในสถานประกอบการด้านธุรกิจการท่องเที่ยวและบริการ

บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและอุปสรรคที่มีผลต่อคุณภาพโครงงานของนักศึกษาสหกิจศึกษาในธุรกิจการท่องเที่ยวและบริการ เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาคุณภาพโครงงานสหกิจศึกษาให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของสถานประกอบการ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ ผู้นิเทศงาน จำนวน 116 คน และคณาจารย์นิเทศ จำนวน 102 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการรวบรวมข้อมูล จากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 218 คน และการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 5 คน ที่กำกับดูแลการดำเนินงานสหกิจศึกษา
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ความคิดเห็นต่อคุณภาพโครงงานสหกิจศึกษาโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก หากแยกกลุ่มประเภทของสถานประกอบการพบว่า คุณภาพโครงงานสหกิจศึกษาในธุรกิจบริการมีมากกว่าโครงงานสหกิจศึกษาในธุรกิจท่องเที่ยว ส่วนปัญหาและอุปสรรคที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพโครงงานสหกิจศึกษาที่พบมากที่สุดคือ สถานประกอบการไม่เปิดโอกาสให้นำผลงานไปทดลองกับผู้มารับบริการจริง รองลงมาคือ ระยะเวลาในการทำโครงงานน้อยไป นักศึกษาขาดความรู้ความเข้าใจเรื่องระเบียบวิธีวิจัยที่ถูกต้อง และขาดความรับผิดชอบ ตามลำดับ แนวทางพัฒนาคุณภาพโครงงานสหกิจศึกษาจึงควรมีการสื่อสารกับสถานประกอบการถึงวัตถุประสงค์และความสำคัญของผลสัมฤทธิ์ของโครงงาน รวมทั้งควรมีจัดอบรมทักษะที่จำเป็นในการปฏิสัมพันธ์กับผู้อื่น และทักษะที่จำเป็นในการทำงาน นอกจากนี้ ยังควรจัดอบรมกระบวนการแก้ปัญหาอย่างเป็นธรรมก่อนไปปฏิบัติงานจริง
