Keywords:

The objectives of this research article were: 1) to study the causal factors model of the Ratanakosin Rajabhat University instructors’ achievement oriented and creative work; 2) to explore a group of instructors who deserve to be developed first, and their supported factors, and 3) to evaluate an administrative model for developing achievement oriented and creative work of the Ratanakosin Rajabhat university instructors from criteria percentage of 70/75. A Mixed method was applied. The sample consisted of 472 instructors from Ratanakosin Rajabhat University, obtained by quota stratified random sampling. The instruments of this research were 11 sets of summated rating scales (6 scales from 1-not real to 6-strongly real), totally 102 items with IOC between .60 to 1.00, item correlation (r) from .23 to .89 and coefficient alpha reliabilities from .67 to .91.
The statistics for hypothesis testing were independent t-test, multiple regression analysis, path analysis by structural equation modeling analysis. The research results revealed that 1) the causal factors model of achievement oriented and creative work was confirmed with empirical data and that causal factors explain the variance in results of achievement oriented and creative work at 84 percentage (R square=.84) 2); a group of instructors from science, technology, and health science should be developed first in achievement oriented and creative work and found at first three significant supporting factors, and 3) a study focused on efficiency of administrative model for developing of achievement oriented and creative work of the Ratanakosin Rajabhat university instructors. The experts rated from the PDCA and 4Ms, the result as partly between 89.29-95.71 percentage and a total of 92.41 percentage passed the criteria percentage of 70/75. This research benefited the University board of committees, executives, educators, instructors, and stakeholders in developing instructors’ achievement oriented and creative work.
