MODEL OF EDUCATIONAL POLICY FOR DRIVING TOWARDS THE ASEAN COMMUNITY OF SCHOOLS UNDER BANGKOK METROPOLITAN ADMINISTRATION.

This research aims to study 1) the level of educational policy, 2) factors affecting educational policy, and 3) the structural model of the relationship between policy and to propel. towards the ASEAN Community of schools under Bangkok metropolitan administration. This is a quantitative research. The population used in this study includes parents of students. education administrator, teachers and educational personnel of schools under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration in the academic year 2022: 30,871 people. The population selected to be used as a sample was randomly selected and compared with Taro Yamane's table, totaling 2,313 people. The chosen tool for data collection research was a questionnaire. and analyzed by frequency distribution, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. and analysis of the Lisrel Model.
The research results show that 1) At the public education policy level, an integrated model for efficiency in planning and controlling the performance of the organization or agency that implements it. Leadership and political cooperation and management of the external environment is at a high level The level of education to propel towards the ASEAN community in terms of developing student potential, developing educational standards, adapting to the ASEAN community, and to propel schools towards the ASEAN community of the Office of the Basic Education Commission is at a high level. 2) Factors affecting educational policy found that: The efficiency aspect of planning and control has the highest weight value of 1.67, followed by the performance of the organization or agency in implementing it with a weight of 1.63. The aspect of politics and administration of the external environment has a weight of 0.48. Educational models. to propel towards the ASEAN Community Development of educational standards has the highest weight of 1.32, followed by the aspect of developing students' potential with a weight of 0.89, the aspect to propel schools towards the ASEAN community has the least weight of 0.39. 3) The structural form of the relationship between Education policy and to propel towards the ASEAN community There is a positive relationship between 0.442-0.685. The structural model of the relationship between public policy, integrated models and to propel towards the ASEAN community has a value of 82 percent. In politics and management of the external environment, 63.00 percent. In the competency aspect. organizations or agencies implement 51.00 percent and efficiency in planning and control 41.00 percent.
