ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการพัฒนากลยุทธ์การจัดทำแผนการจัดการน้ำของเกษตรกร กรณีศึกษา ชุมชนบ้านโคก หมู่ที่ 5 ตำบลจวบ อำเภอเจาะไอร้อง จังหวัดนราธิวาส

บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการพัฒนากลยุทธ์การจัดทำแผนการจัดการน้ำของเกษตรกรกรณีศึกษา ชุมชนบ้านโคก หมู่ที่ 5 ตำบลจวบ อำเภอเจาะไอร้อง จังหวัดนราธิวาส เป็นการศึกษาการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ได้ศึกษาแนวคิดและทฤษฎีที่เกี่ยวข้อง เป็นกรอบการวิจัย กลุ่มเป้าหมาย ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ คือ เลือกกลุ่มเป้าหมายเลือกแบบเจาะจง ซึ่งเป็นบุคคลที่มีความเกี่ยวข้องโดยตรงกับพื้นที่ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้วิเคราะห์เนื้อหาแล้วเขียนบรรยายเชิงพรรณนา ใช้วิธีการศึกษาเฉพาะกรณี ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญที่เจาะจง โดยใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหารวบรวมข้อมูลทั้งเอกสารและภาคสนามตามการศึกษาตามวัตถุประสงค์ครอบคลุมถึงแผนการพัฒนาพื้นที่ในการแสดงจุดยืนของชุมชน ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการพัฒนากลยุทธ์การจัดทำแผนการจัดการน้ำของเกษตรกร ประกอบด้วยปัจจัย 4 ด้าน ดังนี้ 1) ปัจจัยด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการตัดสินใจ 2) ปัจจัยด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการปฏิบัติ 3) ปัจจัยด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการรับผลประโยชน์ 4) ปัจจัยด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการประเมินผล
